Before You EnrollIs this only for defensive backs?
Phase 3 goes deep on the DB position, but Phases 1 and 2 (the mindset and Football IQ) apply to every position and every level. Coaches and parents get value from the full curriculum too.
How long do I have access?
The Academy is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. Move at your own pace, revisit lessons during the season, and come back to the film every year.
What ages is this built for?
Middle school through the pros. The 30-day lesson plans make it structured enough for younger athletes, while the film and disguise work goes deep enough for college and NFL players.
Do I need the Film Room membership too?
No. The Academy is complete on its own. The Film Room is for athletes who finish the curriculum and want new breakdowns, live Q&A, and a community every week after that.
How is this different from training videos on social media?
