The Problem
Most defensive backs train their body and neglect the one thing that actually separates levels: their eyes.
You can be the fastest guy on the field and still get beat, because the ball's already gone by the time you react. The elite ones aren't faster, they're earlier. They diagnose the play before the snap, trust what they see, and break on the ball while everyone else is still processing.
That instinct isn't a gift. It's built…rep after rep of film study, pattern recognition, and knowing what to look for. That's exactly what happens inside the Film Room.
